Yes. The Margi icon on the PowerPoint toolbar, and the Print Driver
for all other printable applications, makes creating presentations
and transferring them to your handheld a snap.
Can I make color presentations even if my
device is monochrome?
Yes. Presenter-to-Go uses the color palette of your desktop/laptop
to create color presentations. They can then be projected in color,
regardless of the color mode of your handheld.
What types of documents can be converted
into presentation slides?
Presentation content can be created from any printable application,
such as PowerPoint, Word, Excel, IE, Netscape, Acrobat, Photoshop,
AutoCAD, Freehand, Quicken etc.
What features of PowerPoint are not supported?
Currently animations, advanced builds, audio and video are not supported.
What is the maximum size of a presentation
that I can save on a handheld?
This really depends on the device memory available and removable
media size. Presenter-to-Go now reads presentations stored on removable
media such as smart media and CF cards.
Can I edit and save presentations back to
the desktop?
Basic editing such as slide reordering/hiding, saving to and presenting
from removable media is supported. Content editing is not supported
yet. however, Conduits Pocket Slides is compatible with our card,
and supports content editing and creation.
Can I mirror my handheld screen to an external
display, such as a monitor or projector?
Yes. Using included MARGI Mirror software, you can output your handheld
screen to an external VGA display at upto 3X resolution.
Does it work on all projectors, and are
there any special settings?
It works on all projectors that support resolutions of 800x600 and
above. And, short of turning on the projector and plugging the cable,
nothing else is required.
